From a new build or refurbishment to upgrade of an existing property creating the right balance between design, destination and positioning is where special hotels come alive.
PH has worked on a number of projects including new hotels, restaurant and bar developments to reassessment and replacement of FF&E. Other activities include re-evaluation of current internal spaces and public areas inline with best practices or opportunity cost and re-evaluation and upgrading of OS&E.
